1. Once teams are finalized on October 3, team members will not be able to switch teams.
2. Teams are responsible for their own infrastructure (servers, development tools, etc.). If a team needs help finding free resources for the duration of the hackathon, mentors are available to help. Make a request in the ask-a-mentor channel.
3. We will do our best to provide a project manager for any team that needs one.
4. This is not a competition. We will not be choosing 'winners'. We intend to evaluate the merits of every submission, to determine if it can be supported through a full development and deployed as a solution to the problem at hand. This support through becoming a Supported Helpful project, would potentially include: development resources; expert advice; fundraising assistance; and publicity, as required for success.
5. Submissions must be published under Helpful's licensing guidelines.
